Richards’s career in construction developed through the high-end commercial fit-out sector with a specialisation in strategic workplace solutions. His completed projects span multiple sectors delivering various infrastructure, new build, and fit-out projects.
A recipient of charted status as a registered professional by the Royal Institution of Charted Surveyors (RICS), Richard holds numerous other degrees and high-level certifications which are underpinned by a practical working background in carpentry.
